What dress should I wear to my grade nine graduation?

I live in Canada and go to a Catholic school, so instead of having a middle school that is grades 6-8, my school is a junior high and is grades 7-9. So, grade nine grad is like grade eight grad.
I have a very specific idea of what I want:
-It needs to be about knee length
-It must have thick(er) straps
-Nothing extremely low cut
-No generic polka dot or black dresses
-It can’t be super expensive
-It should be fairly formal

10th grade Catcher in the Rye Video

This is the “remix” of a horribly produced video for an English class project from the early 90s. Notice the tight pants and the way I am wearing my hat. Also notice how many times I look into the camera. One last thing, the only other guy in the group was Eric…so he plays every other character.
